About the Project
The Energy Transition Academy: Circular Economy & Life Cycle Thinking is implemented by the Silesian University of Technology within the NAWA SPINAKER – Intensive International Education Programmes.
The project aims to develop and deliver an intensive international education programme focused on the links between energy transition, circular economy and life cycle thinking. It responds to the growing need for competences related to sustainable energy systems, resource efficiency, critical raw materials, circular design and environmental assessment of energy technologies.
The programme includes the preparation of educational materials, an online component, an on-site summer school in Gliwice, practical workshops, case studies, verification of learning outcomes and the award of micro-credentials to participants who successfully complete the programme.
The project supports the internationalisation of education at the Silesian University of Technology and promotes cooperation with students and academic communities from abroad.
